Pump Head Only

Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pump

The 250 Vari-Flow features the 250 pump mounted to a steel base and coupled to a geared 300 RPM DC motor with a DC speed control. Each control is encased in a NEMA 4X enclosure and accepts either 115 or 230 VAC input power at 50 or 60 Hz.

250-342-1 — 300 RPM. Single direction rotation with manual speed control through a speed potentiometer. 1/16" I.D. tubing = 1.25 GPH, 1/8" I.D. tubing = 3.5 GPH.
250-342-2 — 300 RPM. Adds a Forward/Reverse selector switch alongside the manual speed potentiometer.
250-342-3 — 300 RPM. Adds a Local/Remote switch that allows for 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC remote signal control.

Air Driven Pump

An assembly consisting of an air motor and pump mounted on a steel base. The air motor is intended for safe use in applications where there may be explosive vapors or powders present.
