Peristaltic Pumps

Peristaltic pumps for precision and industrial fluid transfer.

Randolph Austin manufactures peristaltic pumps for metering, dosing, OEM systems, laboratory work, chemical handling, food processing, printing, slurries and high-volume pumping.

Overview

Positive displacement. Zero contamination.

Peristaltic pumps move fluid inside a flexible tube by mechanical squeezing action. The fluid never touches internal pump components — the only wetted part is the tubing itself. This makes them ideal for aggressive chemicals, sanitary fluids, viscous slurries and shear-sensitive materials.

  • Contamination-free fluid path
  • Accurate, repeatable flow control
  • Handles viscous, abrasive and corrosive fluids
  • Low maintenance — tubing replaces in minutes
  • Available in flow ranges from microliters to 40 GPM
  • Fully customizable OEM and process configurations
