610 Series

Industrial Workhorse

The 610-PHO is not your ordinary peristaltic pump. Machined from an aluminum housing with internal stainless steel components, the 610-PHO is rugged and reliable. The pump accepts either 3/8" or 1/2" I.D. flexible tubing with a 1/8" wall.

The 610 is an excellent choice for industrial applications such as ink, slurry, chemical or food transfer, and is available as a pump head or in various configurations such as fixed speed AC, air motor drive, DC speed control or explosion-proof assemblies.

Pump Head Only

Machined from an aluminum housing with internal stainless steel components. The pump accepts either 3/8" or 1/2" I.D. flexible tubing with a 1/8" wall and has a flow rate of up to 3.4 GPM at 400 RPM.

Standard Fixed-Speed Pump

A belt-driven pump assembly mounted on a powder coated steel base with a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor. An excellent choice for fixed speed applications such as slurry or chemical transfer. Overall dimensions 18"L x 14"W x 13"T, weighing less than 35 lbs.

Zero-Max™ Speed Control Tube Pump

A direct drive unit with manual speed control providing speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. Comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control and a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor mounted on a steel base.

A direct drive unit with a Zero-Max reversible speed control providing speed regulation from 0-400 RPM in either clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation. Used for metering, printing, and other industrial applications.

Explosion-Proof Fixed Speed Pump

A belt-driven unit with a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 Hz, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor running at a constant 430 RPM. Comes complete with pump, motor, drive and base. Explosion-proof plugs are not provided as application can vary.

A direct drive unit with a Zero-Max reversible speed control, Class I, Group D gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor — a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed control units.

Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pumps

Each control comes in a sturdy cast aluminum box rated for NEMA 4 service, in three speed ranges and three control options designated by the last digit of the part number.

610-332 — 3-125 RPM speed range.
610-352 — 6-250 RPM speed range.
610-362 — 12-500 RPM speed range.
Dash 1 — single direction, on/off, manual speed potentiometer. Dash 2 — adds forward/reverse. Dash 3 — adds forward/reverse plus a local/remote switch accepting a 4-20 mA input signal.

Air Drive Pump

An assembly consisting of an air motor and pump mounted on a steel base. An eight-vane air motor is standard and provides better torque and speed regulation at lower speeds.
