500-PHO

Pump Head Only

Machined from an aluminum casting with a stainless steel plate and shaft as well as a stainless sleeved roller assembly. Rugged, reliable and easy to use — a good choice for laboratory through industrial applications such as paper & pulp, printing, metering and fluid transfer.

500-100

Standard Fixed-Speed Pump

A belt-driven pump assembly mounted on a steel base with a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor with belt and sheave to reduce the speed to the pump head. An excellent choice for fluid transfer applications where speed regulation is not required.

500-101

Zero-Max™ Speed Control Pump

A direct drive unit with a manual speed control providing speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. Comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control and a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor mounted on a steel base — a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls.

500-200

Explosion-Proof Fixed Speed Pump

A belt-driven unit with a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 Hz, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor. Pump and motor are mounted on a steel base and connected through a belt & sheave running at a constant 430 RPM. An excellent choice for fluid transfer and chemical pump applications where explosive vapors are present.

500-201

Explosion-Proof Speed Control Pump

A direct drive unit with a manual speed control providing speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. Comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control, and a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 Hz, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D explosion-proof motor mounted on a steel base.

500-332, 500-352 & 500-362

Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pumps

Available in three speeds with three options for control. Every 500 Vari-Flow is mounted onto a steel base, coupled to a 1/4 HP, IPC-44, geared DC motor, with a NEMA 4X speed control enclosure.

  • 500-332-X — 4-125 RPM speed range.
  • 500-352-X — 6-250 RPM speed range.
  • 500-362-X — 12-500 RPM speed range.
  • Dash 1 — single direction with speed regulation through a speed pot. Dash 2 — adds a FWD/Reverse switch. Dash 3 — adds a local/remote selector for a 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC input signal.

500-450

Air Drive Pump

An assembly consisting of an air motor and pump mounted on a steel base. The motor is intended for safe use in applications where there may be explosive vapors or powders present.
