Pump Head Only

Machined from a 316 SS casting with stainless steel components. Rugged, reliable and easy to use, and designed for applications where the chemical resistance of a stainless steel housing is necessary.

Zero-Max™ Speed Control Hose Pump

A direct drive unit with a manual speed control providing speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. The assembly includes motor and reducer and is mounted on a stainless steel base. Used for fluid transfer, metering, printing, food, pharmaceutical, chemical pumps and other industrial applications.

Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pumps

Available in three speed ranges — 3 to 125 RPM, 6 to 250 RPM and 12 to 500 RPM. Each assembly comes mounted onto a stainless steel base with a 1/4 HP, 130 VDC motor and a PWM control in a NEMA 4X enclosure. The suffix number denotes the speed control configuration.

615-362-1 — single direction control with a manual speed control.
615-362-2 — reversible control with a manual speed control.
615-362-3 — FWD/REV selector, Local/Remote selector and manual speed control, with a bulkhead connector accepting a 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC reference signal for remote motor control.
